Sneak Peaks… Legendary Battles

Thursday, October 20th, 2011

We thought we would give folks a sneak peak at the first of the new Legendary Battles packs coming soon. Each Legendary Battles print-n-play pack will include everything needed to fight a board game battle with your existing Combat Cards or Fantasy Cards decks – including game tokens, unit markers, and maps as well as specially designed scenarios (players will need to supply their own decks, though…).

Below are a few pictures from one of the recent playtests of the first Legendary Battles pack. While we can’t technically reveal what the subject of the battle will be about, history buffs who look closely might just be able to tell. Enjoy, and stay tuned for more updates…

Info… Bonus Material

We have just posted in the Free Downloads section a full color patterned page that can be used to put a matching backside to either your Combat or Fantasy Cards. It is designed to allow you to just print it on the back of the card sheet (before you cut the cards apart) without worrying about aligning anything to the front of the cards.

The pattern is specifically design to be so visually confusing so as to make reading “marked” cards nearly impossible and yet still look nice (try it and you will see what we mean).

The back side is strictly an option for folks who want to do it (we have had quite a few requests!), and in no way affects the use of either set of cards during a game. It is simply intended to increase the coolness factor of your battles!
